The **Impact of Injury Survey is back** to explore the human toll and economic impact that injury poses to film, television and theatrical productions.
In the last report, 70% of performers said they have felt pressured to perform while injured. The survey (from the IPC) exposed high injury rates, poor mental health outcomes and a workplace culture where rest is tantamount with letting colleagues down. Recognising the domino effect that injury can instigate, IPC is now asking *everyone*, not only those on stage or in front of the camera, to take this survey and speak to how this issue impacts them.
So why participate?

Sharing your story anonymously by taking this survey will support IPC’s work for cross-sector strategic reform towards safer production processes. Your anonymised experiences and opinions will also help inform the development of the Creative Industries Independent Standards Authority.

Confidentiality: All responses to the survey are collected on an anonymous basis and any information that you provide will be treated as confidential.
