As summer draws to a close, we just wanted to say a massive thank you for all your support.

We kicked off in June with the largest West End LIVE ever with over 50 shows and despite train strikes, Trafalgar Square was at full capacity with queues reaching back to Shaftesbury Avenue. The crowds loved it with 91% of visitors saying that they would be more likely to purchase tickets for a show because of what they saw at West End LIVE. So far we have had over 2.27 million views of the performances on our YouTube Channel.

Kids Week has been a massive success and we have enjoyed our second best year ever in terms of sales, with over 215K tickets being sold – 24% up on 2019. Over 700 children and families took advantage of our associated workshops and activities with the emphasis this year on first time bookers. Highlights included our partnership with Transport for London, our association with the government’s Help For Households campaign, and our Waterloo Gallery OOH takeover which was a first for Kids Week.

This summer TKTS moved back to our iconic Clocktower building and we have seen sales steadily build over the summer as tourists have returned. We are now launching Day Seats to support your shows as we go into September. We will also be launching our new London Theatre Guide for Schools and Student Offerswith Mousetrap Theatre Projects.

Please find our full round up of how we have supported your shows this August here, including a full list of who’s who in the team.

Thank you so much for allowing your shows to be involved in our campaigns and promotions as we could not do the work we do without you, and a huge thanks to my brilliant team who make it all happen.

We look forward to continuing to support your shows as we move into the Autumn.
