Theatre Tokens – free online listings and subscriber emails for all participating UK theatres
Using your Theatre Tokens website login, you can add your show listings (and offers) to TheatreTokens.com, which will be visible to the 52,000 unique visitors each month who are looking for where they can spend their Theatre Tokens. Each Wednesday, our 160,000 subscribers get a personalised listings emails, which includes shows coming soon in their local area and any other area of the country they have registered interest in. If you have added your listing to TheatreTokens.com, your show will appear in that email six weeks before the first event date, or the following Wednesday’s email if you add shows that are happening in less than six weeks. If you don’t remember how to add listings, check out pages 85 – 91 of the Theatre Tokens User Guide. If you have any questions, please email jamie@theatretokens.com.
If you sell tickets via OfficialLondonTheatre.com you no longer need to add your listings manually to the Theatre Tokens portal! They will now appear automatically on the listings page of TheatreTokens.com, and will go out in the Wednesday listings emails. To sell through Official London Theatre or to make a change to a listing, email news@soltukt.co.uk.
We will be using the listings on Official London Theatre and Theatre Tokens to update press and partners such as DCMS and Visit Britain on what is playing around the country, so please keep these as up to date as possible.
Book with Confidence, Exchange with Ease messaging
There has been some negativity in the press recently about shows mainly in the music sector being on sale even though they are scheduled prior to May 17th so cannot take place. We think we need to give some clarity around messaging as it is confusing for customers, so we will be issuing a statement and creating FAQs which we will be sharing with press and on social to ensure that audiences have the information they need and the reassurance to be able to book for our shows as they reopen.
