Join our Inclusion and Anti-Racism Working Group
Our Inclusion and Anti-Racism Working Group guides SOLT and UK Theatre’s diversity and inclusion work for the sector, responding to any issues arising, and guiding our planning to improve practice. We are seeking new members to join the group and help shape the initiatives we produce.
We are looking for people with skills and knowledge around change management and organisational culture; education and learning; equality, diversity and inclusion; recruitment and wellbeing and mental health. We are particularly keen to hear from people with lived experience of discrimination in relation to the protected characteristics, and those from demographics under-represented in the sector: disabled workers, those from ethnically diverse backgrounds, workers from a low socioeconomic background, and those with caring responsibilities.
