Olivier Awards NominationsNominations for the Olivier Awards 2022 with Mastercard were announced earlier this week. On Tuesday alone we had 30,000 views to the Olivier Awards 2022 page on Official London Theatre. Nearly 2,000 people tuned in live to watch the announcement, and the video has had over 7,200 views and a reach of 91,000. The announcement got widespread pick-up across the press, covered by a range of national papers and news outlets, as well as all the leading entertainment and theatre titles. Highlights include BBC, Sky, The Guardian, NY Times, Time Out, ES, Variety, Deadline, Playbill and Broadway.com.

Love Your Local Theatre extends into April with 100s of new shows at participating venues nationwideOver 100,000 tickets have already been sold through the Love Your Local Theatrepromotion, made possible by £1 million of National Lottery subsidy. Due to huge demand, an additional 50,000 2-for-1 tickets have been made available for April performances – with thousands of tickets still available for March at theatres UK-wide. And thanks to support from the National Lottery, there’s still up to £1 million available to subsidise 2-for-1 tickets. Love Your Local Theatre is being run by UK Theatre, and 100 member venues are taking part.April show tickets are now on sale.

Insights Alliance: Missing Audiences Wave 2 Webinar and Slides
The Insights Alliance (Indigo, Baker Richards and One Further) presented the findings of the second wave of Missing Audiences research on 8 March 2022. The research was gathered by a variety of cultural organisations across the UK from 31 January – 20 February 2022 and shares positive insights about audiences returning to cultural venues and how to bridge the gap of missing audiences.
