One of the reasons this community was started was to address the powerlessness that freelancers were feeling during lockdown. Separated and alone, we felt out of the loop.  We were unaware of what, if any, conversations were being had about the future of the industry.

​Now is the time for us to contribute to the discussions by using the strength of our collective voice.

So here, we’re gathering your thoughts, suggestions and concerns and will find ways of communicating them to theatre managements, production companies, industry bodies and government.
