Campaign for the Arts warns Scottish government it risks ‘cultural catastrophe’

An emergency petition has demanded that the Scottish government fulfils its promise to increase investment in the arts by £100 million a year, warning if it does not it risks a national “cultural catastrophe”. Read more here.
